With the improvement of Chinese residents' living standards,people's concept of children's education has changed,and more and more parents begin to pay attention to the education which focuses on their children's all-around development.The development of Internet technology gives birth to a new model of online teaching,plenty of educational products satisfy most parents' needs.Online education,which is based on smart devices and the Internet,has gradually become a new form of learning for people.However,as an emerging industry,children's online education lacks relevant theoretical and practical research.For users,children feature with particularities,so how to design high-quality content in online education to stimulate children's interest and attract them to learn independently is a question worthy of attention and thinking.For enterprises,on the other hand,when users' demand increases,how to find breakthroughs in a wide range of online education products,enhance user experience,and increase user trust is problematic.Service design,which grows up in the Internet era,can visualize the original complex service relationships and solve current problems.Finding user needs and company demands as well as balancing the interests of the two,and building a healthy and coordinated ecological environment for children's online education is possible by service design.This article is aim to use service design as a tool to analyze the current situation of children's online education and develop methodologies for users and businesses.Firstly,I gathered literatures about children's psychological cognition and education method and then analyzed and summarized them.Then I use competitive product analysis to make a comparative study of current children's online education products.Based on the above preparatory work,the in-depth interview method,service scale method,qualitative analysis method,shadow observation method,user journey method,service design blueprint,etc.Finding problems according to the contacts and experiences of stakeholders in the service process before,during and after class.Thenpoint out three path nodes supported by online education stakeholders: mobile learning equipment,mobile learning support,and mobile learning services.Finally,it focuses on mobile learning support and services,which based on children's cognitive theory,building resource support and service models in online education and learning from the three dimensions of content,interaction and service.Through this research,a service system for children's online art education is designed.The innovation lies on using the service design method to optimize the experience under multiple touch points in the children's art learning process and improve the overall supply chain of the online education industry.Through scientific content establishment,immersive interaction,internal and external drive design strategies to optimize the support of learning resources,promote the personalized development of enterprises,and increase user stickiness.Cognitive empowerment equipment formed by content and interaction to realize national education resource sharing.
