Moral socialization is an important content of individual socialization and an important process of personal growth. Moral socialization of high vocational students is an important problem relating to their talent and growth. High vocational students acting as the high skilled talented person cultivated by the vocational education and constructing the socialism, the moral qualities they present is the important indicators, whether the high vocational students can be the qualified professional person. Significant others are the person higher vocational students contact closeliest in the social communication. In many factors affecting the moral socialization of high vocational students, the most enduring and essential is significant others. This paper study the effects of significant others from the views in sociology. This paper study the effects of significant others that is moral socialization of higher vocational students in sociology. It is beneficial that not only the moral growth of the high vocational students, but also the moral construction of high vocational college.Firstly, the paper analyses the existing research and comb the related literatures, after cleared the existing research achievements and the deficiencies, this study is determined. After cleared values of researches, contentes, core concepts and the theoretical basis, the paper deeply investigates and studies it. This study analyze the important effect of significant others for the moral socialization of high vocational students by using the methods of actual evidence survey, such as interview and questionnaire specifically. Through interviewing, it makes the clear definition about the types of significant others for high vocational students. Through questionnaire, it makes the survey for moral socialization situation of high vocational students, and the moral effect of significant others by the self-made questionnaire. The questionnaire is manufactured on the basis of the moral requirements in “Citizen Ethics Construction Program”.Researches show that significant others is one of the important factors affecing the moral socialization of higher vocational students. The interactive significant others is obvious and the idol type significant others is not. The types of the interactive significant others are father, mother, teachers, classmates and friends; The different interactive significant others has different impacts on the students moral socialization content: moral content to the personal qualities of parents influences is bigger, the teacher and peer groups involving social, collective moral quality effect; For different professional, grade and gender, the family address moral socialization of higher vocational students that is effected by interactive significant others has particularity; The pals that is mainly classmates and friends in groups show grade differences on the impaction of higher vocational students and junior is the critical period of school morality.
