With the modernization of our society, moralities of people, especially of teenagers are becoming the focal point. But at present, the school moral education, which takes the leading role, is still in the fairly low state in cultivating the good moral character at present. Therefore, the research work of the actual effect in primary and middle school moral education becomes one of the critical issues in moral education. In vocational middle school which is an organic component of middle school, moral education certainly possesses a lot of general character. But we should not ignore the individuality that exists. In fact, as the development of vocational middle school as well as middle school, the analysis and studies on individuality carry on the necessity and urgency.This paper induces the main problems of moralities and of daily behavior of present students in vocational schools, on the bases of questionnaire and visiting to nine vocational middle school students in Chongqing. It systematically analyses the cause of the problems, and indicates that the core issue is the separation between the school moral education and the student existence. So the reform is necessary, and moral education must turn back to the world of studensts?life. First, the objectives and contents of moral education should be adjusted, optimized, and pressed close to student life. Second, the concept should be changed, and the idea of subjectivite in moral education should be built up. Third, the potential of moral education in vocational middle school should be unearthed, and the ways be expanded. Finally, the construction of team of persons qualified to teach should be strengthened.
