The national relat ionship is formed in the process of society, economy, culture and other aspects interaction of all nat ionalit ies, and constantly adjust and correct with deepening of the interaction.As the main body of the interaction, the ethnic status, identity, and the corresponding rights and obligations relations of “self ”and ”the other” also change with the changes of value pursuit, behavior orientation and other material and spiritual elements. Hui has went through 160 years of transformation and developm ent from they were invited to be in bus iness as the guest Initially,to jointly develop and manage the Labrang region as the master today. From the collision with the strong the Tibetan Buddhism culture Initially,to today Hui keeps and blends in the culture of other ethnic groups,common prosperity and progress,Hui has become an integral part of the society, economy, culture and other domains of the Labrang, and one of the important power of all nationalit ies to promote the development of Labrang joint ly. Through using the literature analys is and observation and participant observation, interviews and field research method, and research the change of geographical and social relat ions between Hui and Tibetan and Han Nat ionality from Hui originally embedded Labrang to today’s social development, this paper is mainly to explore the internal factors and external factors which achieve the transition from the guest to the master.This paper will be divided into four parts: the first part is mainly to expound the selected topic background and signif icance, domestic and foreign related researc h works and the research method. The second part mainly to narrate the history of the Hui init ially enter the Labrang,and the formation and development of the Hui community which the Labrang mosque is the center of.The third part is mainly to study the geopolit ical relat ions and social relat ions of Hui community,and analysis and summary of its inner dynamism and external dynamism which lead to the changes of geopolit ical relat ions and social relat ions, through the study about the changes of spatial relat ion, religious life, social life, economic life in the process of interaction between Hui and Tibetan and Han Nationality,and the common perception and concern of all ethnic groups when they are face to the Tourism culture shock. The fourth part mainly discuss cognition of the self- culture, and role in the process of transformation that Hui become to be the master from the guest,and the necessity to realize the cultural consciousness in the wave of globalizat ion to enhance the vitality and to take the initiative.
