Research On Community Home Care Service Model From The Perspective Of Social Support Network

As an extension of China's traditional family pension service model,the community homebased pension service model has been one of the important components of China's pension service model,which has been widely concerned by the academic community.With the rapid development of aging in recent years,the material life of the elderly group is increasingly rich,and the demand for home-based care services is increasingly diversified.Community homebased old-age care is a systematic project,which involves all aspects of the society and has a significant and far-reaching impact on economic development,social progress and improvement of people's livelihood.However,in the process of practice,the model of community home care service often falls into the realistic situation such as single service supply subject and lack of specialized service content.Therefore,the current research on community home endowment service mode to build deficiency,forming the government,social organizations,communities,families,social workers,relatives and neighbors to participate the diversity of the community home endowment service mode.It can bridge the shortcomings of community home endowment service mode and is of great significance to solve the problem of community home endowment in China.This study takes the new home-based care service mode--home-based care cooperative in NY community of Hefei city as the research object.Through the theory of social support network,this paper reveals the deficiency of the formal and informal support of this model,and puts forward the countermeasures for the construction of social support network.This research mainly elaborates from five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly explains the research background,research objects,research problems,research significance,etc.Domestic and foreign literature on social support,community home care and the compatibility between social work and community home care were reviewed.This paper also briefly introduces the research methods and innovative points of this paper,and takes social support theory as the theoretical basis of this paper.The second part is the introduction of the basic situation of NY community home-based old-age care cooperatives.Through the collection and sorting of the preliminary data,it mainly introduces the basic connotation,characteristics,service contents and some practical results of the new service mode of NY community home-based old-age care cooperatives in recent years.The third and fourth parts are the main part of the paper,which is the core of the whole paper.The third part,based on the perspective of social support network,analyzes the practical difficulties and reasons of social support in NY community home care cooperative service mode from six aspects: government,social organization,community,family,relatives and neighbors,social work and volunteer support.The fourth part,aiming at the above difficulties and causes,discusses how social workers construct the social support network of NY community home-based old-age care cooperatives under the social support theory and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The practice path of formal network mainly includes: First,give full play to the role of government leader.We call on the government to increase funding for home-based oldage care cooperatives and promote the building of a talent pool for old-age care services.Second,give full play to the role of promoters of social organizations.Integrate resources to provide elderly care services for residents and strengthen their own capacity building.Third,give full play to the role of community support.We will guide communities to strengthen infrastructure construction and provide more personalized and diversified services.The construction of informal social support network mainly from the following aspects: First,give full play to the role of family dependents.Social workers should strengthen communication with the children of the elderly to meet their needs for spiritual comfort.Second,give full play to the role of friends and neighbors.Help the elderly to solve their living difficulties and build a harmonious community through pair support activities and mutual assistance platforms.Third,give full play to the role of social workers and voluntary organizations as coordinators."Social worker + volunteer" double work linkage to gather strength for the elderly,unlock the new path of homebased care and boost the vigorous development of cooperatives.In the fifth part,which is the last part of this paper,the content presented is a review and summary of the research content of the whole paper.NY community home care cooperatives should work together with the joint efforts of the government,social organizations,communities,families,social workers and other social parties to solve the current practical problems faced by the cooperatives through the construction of formal and informal support networks of NY community home care cooperatives,so as to provide higher quality services for the elderly in NY community and finally promote the formation of a good atmosphere for the whole community to participate in pension services.
