From high school into the university as a turning point in the life of the adaptationperiod, such an important period not only for the four years of college learning and growthplays a key role, and even the development of adulthood has a profound impact. Duringthis time, the freshmen facing many problems: professional learning suited to people notsuited to, life can not take care of themselves independently, maladaptive environmentsuited to the physical and mental condition. These challenges and pressures requirefreshmen to face and adjust their status to adapt, as a school social worker, we have theobligation and responsibility in many ways to help freshmen overcome these suitedfreshmen can better faster integration into the university. More objective and realisticunderstanding of the adaptation of the freshmen and inner thoughts before the group tocarry out, through self freshman enrollment adapt to the self-rating scale "test all newstudents of the Faculty of Education, supplemented by non-structural interviews andcommunicate with their teachers and other means to fully grasp the dynamic of thefreshmen. According to the investigation and design team plans to carry out targeted theeight group activities. Finally, the process of evaluation of group activities, the satisfactionevaluation as well as the pre-test and post-test assessment, concluded that the groupactivities to help freshmen to enhance the entrance to adapt to play a certain role, to reachthe target group.
