Freshmen must face the change from high school students to college students after entering university study life,and learning adaptation is the most prominent problem.To help freshmen adapt to university study as soon as possible is not only beneficial to the future academic development and career development of freshmen,but also plays an important role and significance in promoting the improvement of the overall education level of the school and cultivating high-quality talents for the society.But at present,for the problem of freshmen's learning adaptation,they generally stay at the level of preaching simple ideological and political education or technical academic guidance,lack of links with individual emotional needs,and the related research on social worker intervention is also common lack.This study is based on the advantage perspective combined with social learning theory to explore the potential advantages of learning adaptation difficulties to meet their internal needs,combined with group work methods to intervene in the problem of learning adaptation of freshmen.It can not only solve the problem of learning adaptation of this group,improve their learning ability,but also make up for the lack of ideological and political education and technical academic guidance can not be extended.Through an in-depth investigation on the learning adaptability of freshmen in X universities,it is found that the learning adaptability of freshmen in X universities is generally poor,and has a great correlation with learning attitude,learning ability and teaching mode,etc.Students' learning initiative is not strong,lack of correct cognition of college learning and lack of mastery of learning methods.Through comprehensive evaluation and screening,eight freshmen with similar learning adaptation problems were selected,and a learning growth group was set up,focusing on clear learning goals,enhancing learning motivation,optimizing learning methods,etc.,and six group activities were carried out,which better changed the learning attitude of freshmen,further clarified their learning goals,and enhanced their learning motivation.The results show that,through the intervention of group work practice,freshmen's learning adaptability is improved significantly,and the subjective effect is obvious.Therefore,this practical process is summarized as the service system of "internal and external linkage,multi-support ",and the practical significance of this service system is compared and analyzed from the aspects of the policy of entrance education and the practical process.It is found that we should establish a diversified evaluation system and pay attention to the externalization of attention to the externalization of service objects,and put forward some suggestions from establishing a perfect follow-up service mechanism and adhering to the principle ofindividualization,so as to solve the problem of new students' learning adaptation in many aspects.
