The Study On Governance Structure Of South University Of Science And Technology Of China

Since the founding of new China, especially the reform and opening up, China has made remarkable achievements in higher education, which provides a steady stream of talents for the development of China’s economic, cultural, political development and modernization. But there is still a gap between national universities and world-class universities. “The question of Qian Xuesen” has been asked to the development of higher education in China. As we all know, Shenzhen is the frontier city in China’s reform and opening up, South University of Science and Technology of China is a high starting point and high positioning university with new mechanisms and new thought of Shenzhen Government, The birth of it complies with the general trend of higher education reform. As a China’s comprehensive reform experimental field of higher education, South University of Science and Technology of China takes the mission of exploring to establish modern university system and innovating personnel training mode.The focus of this paper is to explore the reform of the university governance structure. By combing the process of SUSTC reform. It shows the development direction and the exploration of reform during the president Zhu Qingshi and Chen Shiyi in SUSTC. The core content of this article is the external governance structure and internal governance structure of South University of Science and Technology of China. Through the analysis of internal and external governance structure reform measures, on the one hand, it highlights the uniqueness and innovation of SUSTC reform, providing a reference of the governance structure reform for other universities in our country, on the other hand, the difficulties and setbacks encountered in the process of SUSTC reform also demonstrate the questions encountered in the path of China higher education reform, which deserve reflection. Finally, the article combines the uniqueness and innovation of SUSTC reform model, providing advice to the reform of Chinese education system and innovation development training mode.
