Humanism education thought is an education thought that is under the background of new curriculum reform and advocates to correctly handle the relationships between teachers and students. Advocacy and applying the idea of humanistic care education is necessary in ideological and political teaching of the humanities, this article through surveying of five high school of Guiyang to show that lack of humanistic care in political discipline teaching. The five high schools include the affiliated high school of Gui Zhou normal university, The sixth middle school of Guiyang, The second middle school of Guiyang, The experimental third middle school of Guiyang, The thirty-eighth middle school of Guiyang. It expresses particularity in three aspects: The teachers of ideological and political teaching lack of sufficient awareness of the students’ emotional dynamic, The teaching content of teachers lack the sufficient humanistic care and teachers’ teaching methods such as the lack of humanistic care and so on.the survey show that because of the education system and mechanism is not sound, the school humanities atmosphere is not strong, the teachers’ professional skills are lacking, the legal consciousness of students and parents is enhanced what led to teacher’s pressure increases, such as this factors will affect the implementation and promotion of humanistic care education thought. In the high school ideological and political education, we should set out mainly from three aspects: society, school, family efforts to build a good social atmosphere, the school environment, family environment, to implement the ideas of humanistic care.Based on the survey, I will spread from three aspects what include the phenomenon of lacking of humanistic care in the high school teaching of ideological and political; the reasons of lack of humanistic care in high school ideological and political teaching;the measures of high school ideological and political teaching in the absence of the humanistic and so on. The purpose is that provide some practical and available comments and suggestions for high school ideological and political teaching.
