Facing the scarcity of educational resources and other elements of middle schools in western rural areas, we should close the educational gap between western rural areas and eastern cities. According to the concept, suggestion and recent educational reform situation of “Guizhou Province Outline of Mid-long Term Educational Reform(2010——2020)” from the concept, implementation, and progress of school-based curriculum development, this article analyzes the theoretical basis about development of physics self-made teaching aids on schools course. Based on the school objective of target school, this article chooses development of physics self-made teaching aids on schools course as a breakthrough point, trying to develop physics self-made teaching aids on schools course to meet student needs, highlight school’s characteristic and promote teachers and students’ development. Through the study to a specific case, we could prove the feasibility and validity of physics self-made teaching aids on middle schools in western rural areas and operation mechanism.
