With the deeping of the reform and opening up,the speeding up of urbanization,more and more people leave the familiar native and go to cities,especially in the coastal developed ares has attracted a large number of migrant workers.Unlike the older generation migrant workers,young migrant workers in order to offer the healthy growth for their children,especially hope that their childern receive better education,they carry their childern into the city from their hometown. As the difference of education level,customs and habits,these teenagers feeling the pressure from environment in different degrees when they entering the urban life, Some teenagers lead to a series of psychological problems because of the marginalized by their partners.In some communities where gathered many migrant children,there is no doubt that focus on psychological health problems of migrant children has become the key point of community and social workers.There are many ways to improve migrant children’s mental health level.this project start with the resilience which is a important psychological factor,through the questionnaire survey,combining with interview methods to collect first-hand information,to understand the resilience of migrant children and analysis main factors that influence the resilience of migrant children,using the method of group social work and professional social work,through work in of six groups,designed to help migrant children in the community have the view of themselves correctly,learn to communicate with others actively,enhance self-confidence and empathy,to learn the value of their existence,develop confidence to face of the courage of life,promote environmental confidence in the face of setbacks.Carry out a proof,through group activities can enhanced the resilience of migrant children,improve the level of mental health of migrant children.
