The Research On Improving Resilience Of Migrant Children In City Through Group Work

With the continuous advancement of urbanization,the rural population has migrated to the city in large scale,and the other group,which is a huge group,has become the focus of social concern.In recent years,many reports on the plight of migrant children will also introduce the topic of social hot spots.In addition,according to the research of migrant children is related to psychology,sociology,anthropology and other academic fields,the study covers personal mental health,family education,interpersonal relationship,social integration,this also proves that migrant children groups are paid attention by the society.This study is based on the floating population community in Shenzhen,which shows the characteristics of floating children in the community are optimistic,cheerful,but also vulnerable,sensitive.In daily life,they will be positive attitude towards learning and life,but in the face of setbacks,they will show indifference,bad temper and other negative emotions.The resilience is able to withstand stress and risk of personal potential,enhance the ability of personal resilience can be improved to a certain extent they face adversity and resist risks.Therefore,to carry out professional services to enhance the resilience of migrant children will help them in the future life to overcome difficulties,to regain confidence,from the academic point of view,the research about migrant children resilience will also further improve the relevant research field,and combined with the perspective of social work puts forward more humane measures and maneuverability.This study aims to develop adolescent resilience questionnaire,using the research methods of investigation and research combined with field research,through questionnaires,the current research status of H community resilience level of migrant children.The questionnaire will be the resilience concept operation for optimism,a sense of belonging and sense of self-efficacy,combined with the migrant children's family school community in three aspects of environmental factors,try to understand the current situation of resilience.And through the group work service mode,enhance the resilience level of the community of migrant children.In the process of the analysis of the group activities,using the qualitative material,the activity of each group is divided into three parts:the group activity,the group process analysis,and the social skills.Moreover,assessed by the service object level,social level two subjects of group intervention process,analysis of team member participation,goals,social satisfaction,service satisfaction,social role,social workers professional skills to complete the basic information such as.The conclusion of the research,from the analysis of present situation of floating children resilience,our country city migrant children resilience level is relatively weak,especially in the personal performance and the sense of belonging in two areas,migrant children city resistance indicators showed a lower trend.From the practical mode of group work,is helpful to enhance the resilience of city social work of migrant children,group work as one of the three methods of social work has become an effective means to enhance the resilience of the migrant children.In addition,if you want to enhance the resilience level of migrant children also need to start from the internal and external protective factors of protective factor,the two indispensable.Therefore,we should encourage the social concern of migrant children resilience status,actively promote the social work involved in the migrant children resilience research,and strive to create a family school community three-in-one service mode,multiple means,comprehensive help migrant children enhance their resilience level.However,there are some deficiencies in this study,such as the intervention method is relatively simple,not enough time to intervene,etc..In order to solve these problems,put forward the improvement measures possible,social work methods such as the future can try integrated intervention of professional services,social workers can reasonable plan a good time,in order to carry out more flexible service team,and set aside some time to follow up.
