Research On The Team Work Intervention In Improving Migrant Workers Trailing Children's Resilience

China's long-term urban and rural two yuan structure of the social system and a large population continued to flow, to China's political, economic, social and other levels have caused extensive and profound impact. Migrant workers are a group of traditional agricultural society to the modern industrial society. They follow their parents from the countryside into the city, due to various conditions in their development process is not stable enough,resulting in their physical and mental,learning, social and other aspects of growth are lagging behind the urban and rural environment in the long-term stability of the young people who are facing difficulties and problems. When they are faced with environmental change, academic difficulties and social problems, often used to retreat, escape and other negative ways to deal with,and there is a problem of adverse transformation.At the same time, we must be aware of the past research on "problem" perspective to analyze the problem, this paper through the advantages of angle to inspire the potential of young people, the removal of the society to the "migrant workers Suiqian children" label, pay attention to ability of each individual, by referring to the crew,observational learning,interaction with others and other ways to promote young people in the face of setbacks and difficulties, from the aspects of internal and external support factor, efficiency factor of construction, and to evaluate the effect of group activities, and ultimately enhance adolescent resilience, promote their healthy growth, smooth socialization Ji'nan X school in this paper based on the practice as an example, to discuss the use of group work intervention, the children of migrant workers in the process of human intervention to develop resilience, try to create a good environment for the growth, help them correct the face of difficulties, to find their own advantages and build a stable social support system. The author at the end of the investigation by the school leadership and teacher communication, the establishment of "Hongyan" group to enhance resilience, promote benign interaction with the society and construct their prosocial behavior.
