In the new curriculum reform of basic education since 2001, the integrated curriculum of practical activity has become a highlight. As a national curriculum, the integrated curriculum of practical activity has been carried out for more than ten years.However, for the course system, especially the lag of the school curriculum system construction has made the implement of the integrated curriculum of practical activity not optimistic and formal serious. Based on the perspective of curriculum system construction, this research aimed to normalizing the implementation of the integrated curriculum of practical activity. The reasons can be followed as two points: First, under the current education system in our country, the influence on school of the education administrative departments at different levels is crucial, but the traditional school curriculum implementation is "loyal" to complete lesson plans of national and local regulations. Second, by consulting documents, the author found that there are few available literature related to the topic of school curriculum system construction. In view of this, the research take the method of literature, text analysis to understand the present situation of the school curriculum system construction of the integrated curriculum of practical activity, and in order to promote the integrated curriculum of practical activity and perfect the system of school curriculum, the research also explore the experience, achievements and shortcoming of the school curriculum system construction of the integrated curriculum of practical activity with the method of case analysis,so as to promote the effective implementation of the integrated curriculum of practical activity. This study consists of four parts:The first part is the research questions proposed from the difficulties of the integrated curriculum of practical activity, tracing to its source, to elaborate the necessity and importance of the school curriculum system construction, and analyze the significance of it.The second part is the research of system theory. This section focuses on curriculum system construction from the perspective of institutional philosophy,including connotation, characteristics, structure and basic functions of the integrated curriculum of practical activity.The third part is the present situation analysis of the school curriculum system construction of the integrated curriculum of practical activity, and summarized the achievements and deficiencies. This section mainly adopted the method of case study to analyze the cases. The study found that, although some schools has set up the school curriculum system of the integrated curriculum of practical activity, but the system construction is not a system, the system of curriculum resource development is not perfect, the curriculum evaluation system is not perfect, the school-based teaching research system is not reasonable, the system of democracy in the process of constituting, formal institution, informal institution, pay attention to the teacher, the students pay attention to less, many problems of school-based characteristics highlight deficiencies.The fourth part is the strategy of the system construction of the integrated curriculum of practical activity that aimed at the existing problems of and to learn from the successful experience of existing.The author thinks that, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the integrated curriculum of practical activity, it must obtain the support of school management in its early stage. And in light of the shortcomings of the current school curriculum system construction, put forward the basic principles, path selection and to improve the planning system of integrative practical activities curriculum, curriculum resources development system, curriculum evaluation system and the system of school-based teaching and research.
