| Interpersonal relationship is one of the most important factor in human survival and development, interpersonal communication is a fundamental human social activities,.high school students’interpersonal relationships are the key to form a correct world outlook, however, because of the reason from family, school and society,in many aspects, high school students dare to contact and have a series of problems,.In recent years, newly enrolled college students are facing a variety of student organizations and community, colorful campus culture and classmates from different regions,which makes college students have more independence, freedom and space, the character of their interpersonal relationships are open, diversified and retrieval.First of all, This thesis decrible the basic concept and of interpersonal relationship by using advanced theory,and make the correct meaning for college students and high school students’ interpersonal relationships.Secondly,with the detailed design of questionnaire,comprising the status of high school and college students’ interpersonal relationship, summarizes the characteristics of high school students and college students’ interpersonal relationship. At the same time, based on the comparison and analysis, mainly explores the stages of high school and college students’ interpersonal relationship, which affected by four factors, the individual growth of student, the campus environment, the students’ academic goals and the relationship between teachers and students. Finally, combining with the study of higher education, theory of ideological and political education,some suggestions are made to improve the college students interpersonal relationship in campus.on one hand, teachers in the teaching activities of the education should play their leading roles, on the other hand, the school campus environment, system culture, network construction, and community activities can also help students establish good campus interpersonal relationship.Under the guidance of education target, students could achieve their stable and healthy development of campus interpersonal relationships. |
