Interpersonal relationship is one of the signals of judging a person's psychology health level. To help students build good interpersonal relationship is an important part of school moral education. The author teaches vocational high school students and finds that the vocational high school girl students' interpersonal relationship is poor. The author tries to study the vocational high school girl students interpersonal relationship in order to help them know themselves better, understand others and build harmonious social relationship with their parents, classmates, teachers and other people and virtual social relationship. In the paper, the author took girl students in Wujiang Vocational High School and Wujiang No. 2 Vocational High School as samples to study the girl students' interpersonal relationship in Wujiang.Based on literature research, questionnaires and interviews, the author studied their problems on the interpersonal attraction, interpersonal dependence, social status and interpersonal relationship maintenance and analyzed factors of causing these problems. The author finds there are internal and external factors causing these problems. The internal factors are self-consciousness bias and poor interpersonal communication skill. The external factors are from their parents and teachers and social unhealthy psychology. The parents who have bad self-accomplishment, improper opinion on education and bad relationship with their children may have bad effects on them. The teachers who have inactive work attitude, negative emotion and improper education methods may also affect the girl students' interpersonal relationship. The effects from the society are negative psychological defense, and shallow interpersonal psychology and trading psychology.The author also carried out action research in the class of which the author is in charge. In the action research, the author studied how to help girl students build and improve their relationship with classmates, parents, teachers and other people. Based on these research, the author made some suggestions on how to improve their interpersonal relationship with their classmates, teachers, parents and other social people.Suggestions are: 1.to help students build right self-consciousness and improve their interpersonal communication skills.; 2. to improve teachers' professional ethnics and build harmonious interpersonal relationship in school; 3. to help them have good parent-child communication and build good parent-child relationship; 4. to help students know the social interpersonal relationship objectively and improve their psychological endurance.
