National Teacher Training Program is the abbreviation of the National Primary and Secondary School Teacher Training Program. Since the formal implementation of the2010, it received active attention from educational circles on the effect of implementation and how to enhance the training effect. National Training Demonstration Project is one of the sub projects of the National Teacher Training Program, making a demonstration and playing a leading role. Meanwhile, after the training, how about the long-term effect about the training while the trainer back to their work and use the training content. During the using process, what kind of teaching results and scientific research results have been achieved, what kind of difficulties encountered, all of these problems are worthy discussing at present.Researching on the long term- effect of the National Teacher Training Program can play a reference role in developing training program and enhancing the training effect for the education management department and the training institutions.In this paper, the National Teacher Training Program demonstration project for the long-term effect of research as a starting point, taking the Demonstration Junior High School Backbone Head-teacher Training Project which was presented by X school from2012 to 2014 as an example, All the teachers in the survey as the object of the investigation. Through questionnaire survey, case interview and literature review,accessing to relevant education training effect information and combining with relevant policy content, from the trainers and the school, discuss how much the trainers practiced the context, and the long term effect of training content, the difficulties encountered in teaching practice, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestionsto enhance the long-term effect of the National Teacher Training Program demonstration project.The full text is divided into the following parts:The first part: briefly introduces the research questions, the purpose and significance of the study, research methods and so on, and overview the literature review on the effect of the National Teacher Training Program.The second part, elaborates the theoretical basis for the National Teacher Training Program demonstration project forward effect research. Mainly includes the idea of lifelong education, the theory of training transfer, theory of education effect evaluation for laying a solid foundation for the paper.The third part: briefly explains the type and characteristics of the National Teacher Training Program demonstration project.The fourth part, structure evaluation index system for long-term effect of the National Teacher Training Program demonstration project. Selecting the Kirkpatrick evaluation model as the basic model, and setting the lines with the principle of objectivity, consistency and operability, combining with relevant policies and criterion for curriculum of the National Teacher Training Program demonstration project to make the evaluation index,establish the long term effect evaluation system of Demonstration Junior High School Backbone Teacher Training Project.The fifth part, by means of questionnaire and interview, taking the Demonstration Junior High School Backbone Head-teacher Training Project which was presented by X school from 2012 to 2014 as an example, all the teachers in the survey as the objects of investigation, from three aspects about the training of the learning effect, layer effect and performance effect, analyze its long-term effect and draw the conclusion and the existing problems.The sixth part, according to the study of the problem, analysis of factors affecting the long-term effect of the National Teacher Training Program.The seventh part, on the basis of the impact on long-term effect of training objective and subjective factors, propose suggestions for enhancing the long-term effect of the project, from the four aspects of the trainers, the schools and training colleges and the ministry of education;.
