The Study On The Impact Factors Of Public Sports Service Of Large Stadiums In Guangzhou And Its Managements

With the development of the economy and society of our country, the sports demands of public are improving swiftly. But by now, the public sports service of most large stadiums are not very good and can not satisfy the public’s sports demands. It harms the operation benefit of the large stadiums, the reign image of the government and the related departments, and the construction of the harmonious society. So it is very necessary to study the impact factors of the public sports service of large stadiums to improve the public sports service.The paper applies the literature method, expert interview method, analytic hierarchy process, Delphi method, questionnaire method and mathematical statistics method, builds the AHP model of the impact factors of public sports service of large stadiums in Guangzhou. Then, the paper applies the model into practice to get the weight of all the impact factors. Based on these, the paper provides strategies for the large stadiums in Guangzhou. The conclusions of the paper are as follows:(1)The public sports service of the large stadiums in Guangzhou are impacted by many factors. All the factors covers the aspect of policy and regulation factors, the fiscal and taxation support factors, system and mechanism factors, mass base factors, stadiums hardware factors and the human resource factors of the large stadiums.(2)The importance of all the factors are different. In the first layer, the stadiums hardware factor is the most important, followed by the system and mechanism factor, the fiscal and taxation support factor and the regulation factor. The mass base factor and the human resource factor are the least important.(3) Based on the fact that the public sports service of the large stadiums are impacted by many factors and all the factors have different importance, the paper provide some strategies:Focuse on the key factors, clean out the main obstacles for the public sports service of the large service, pay attention to the less important factors to improve the public sports service overall. ①The factor of hardware is the most important, so it needs to be improved by planning location scientifically, optimizing the function design, guaranteeing the quantity and quality of the ground and facility.②The government and the related departments should innovate the management mode, optimize the management mechanism of public sports service of large stadiums, by this way, the proper system and mechanism will promote the service dramatically. ③The government and the related departments should provide financial support by enlarging the financial input and lowering the tax rate. ④ The government and the related departments should provide policy support by improveing the scientificity and the effectiveness of the policy. ⑤ The society should provide a broad mass basis by calculating people’s sports awareness and improving the public sports consumption capacity. ⑥The large stadiums should built a excellent and professional talent group by improving the workers’professional ability and optimizing the human resource management system.
