Supply Mechanism And Countermeasures Of Sports Service Of Large Stadium In Guangzhou

With the development of economy and the improvement of living standard,residents' sports demand is increasing constantly,presenting diversified features.The government's single supply mechanism has been difficult to meet the diversified sports needs of residents,diversified supply of large stadium has become a trend.Therefore,this dissertation attempts to optimization of the supply mechanism for large stadium service in Guangzhou.attempts to build a diversified dynamic supply mechanism to enrich the content of large stadium services,improve the quality of large stadium services,and satisfy residents' diverse sports needs.Based on the theory of polycentric governance and supply mechanism theory of public service,combined with the actual situation of large stadiums service in Guangzhou,the dissertation did a systematic in-depth research to optimization of the supply mechanism to large stadium service by the combination of variety research method.the main content is reflected in the following three parts:Firstly,combing the relevant researches of large stadium service and supply mechanism home and abroad;according to the logic defining of “large stadiums and large stadiums sports service and supply mechanism”,the component elements of large stadium service supply mechanism were proposed;to combing the theory of polycentric governance and supply mechanism theory of public service,lay the theoretical foundation for the study.Secondly,through the methods of questionnaire,expert interview,the status of the supply mechanism is investigated from four aspects: supply entity,supply content,supply mode,and interactive channel.The supply mechanism has the problems of single supply subject,insufficient supply,non-public choice of supply,and low supply efficiency.Case study of Guangdong Olympic Center again confirmed the the impact of the supply mechanism.Summarize the experience of supply mechanisms in the United States and the United Kingdom,and extract relevant enlightenment.Thirdly,based on the actual situation of large stadiums service in Guangzhou,with the support of classic public service theory such as the theory of polycentric governance and supply mechanism theory of public service,optimization of the supply mechanism for largestadium in Guangzhou.Introduce diversified supply entities and establish supply and demand interactions,to build a customer-oriented diversified dynamic supply mechanism under the close collaboration of government,for-profit companies and social organizations.In addition,to ensure the diversified dynamic supply mechanism of sports services in large stadiums can run successfully,the dissertation also proposes operation guarantee countermeasures such as transforming government functions,strengthening cooperation among various entities,promoting the development of social organizations,smoothing the channels of interactive communication,and optimizing the supply performance evaluation system.
