Research On Influences Of College Student Association To Social Impact Empirical Of Minority Students In Xinjiang

With the gradual enrollment un iversities,increasing the nu mber of minority co llege students,how their success into "social",but also increasingly become the focus of attention.Minority Co llege Students in Xinjiang as the nation’s high-quality talent,force is the future construction of the motherland,the socialization of success,both in respect of the respect of the personal growth and development,but also led the Depart ment of harmony and prosperity of the motherland.Co llege Student Association as an important rely on ca mpus culture,the rapid develop ment in recent years,enthusiasm of minority college students is rising.So,social features and ma ximize the value of co mmunity college students,also worthy of attention and study.In this study,based on social theory,from the perspective of peer groups,informal groups,community college students to explore the influence of minority students in Xinjiang socializat ion produced.Through the nine universit ies in Xinjiang quest ionnaires and case interviews,understand Minority University Students Participation in student organizat ions,as well as the political, moral, character,knowledge and skills Socializat ion of four,and then make use of survey data SPSS19.0 to deal analysis,and finally finishing the interview transcript.After the above series of correlation analysis to examine the impact of College Students ’Associations of Minor ity College Students’ Socializat ion.The results are as fo llo ws:Co llege Student Association of Minority Un iversity Students socialization does have a deeper impact.First, whether to partic ipate in College Student Association of Minority College Students of politica l attitudes and emotions,cognition politica l aspects have a significant impact,but significantly affected the behavior of politica l partic ipation only in social practice,they also have a good sense of social responsibility,will active suppression of public places uncivilized behavior and actively practice the correct mora l behavio r,the role of cognition and more clea r,life skills,knowledge base, professional capacity in three areas of social knowledge and skills than people not involved stronger.Secondly,patriotism student organizations involved in ideologica l education classes higher,mora l awareness and a more active part ic ipation,but also significantly higher knowledge reserves,student organizations involved in scientific and technological innovation with a strong class life skills,organizational management, partic ipation interest in art the main motivation for politica l participation influence,higher service class student organizations involved in the practice of mora l cognition level c lass sports and cultural student organizations.Again, the number of college students to participate in co mmunity of minority college students’ moral socializat ion,role socialization, socialization of knowledge and skills have some impact.Finally, the depth of minority college students to participate in student clubs deeper, higher polit ical attitudes and emotions,the level of politica l awareness, more to ma ke the right ethical behavior and show a positive mora l involve ment,the role of cognition,but also more in line with social actors involved the role e xpectations,and improve the knowledge base of professional competence is also affected.In this study,practice clearly the status and role of the community college students to find their lac k of influence in society of the Minority College Students in Xinjiang, and the analysis and reflection,hope to provide valuable re ference for the development of co mmunity college students,but also for the minority national Co llege Students Social Education to provide effective reco mmendations. Thus,enhance the degree of socializat ion of minority students in Xin jiang,promote their socializat ion process,only conducive to personal growth and social develop ment of long-term stability,but also conducive to harmonious and prosperous country.
