Research Purpose:this paper studies the change of brain electrical characteristics on female college students with the application of electrical technology basically, and the paper will provide theories to arrange yoga classes scientificly and guide the exercise of yoga. Yoga not only brings us healthy body, but also release us from pressure. Based on observing the practitioners’ changes of their brains by computers, this paper will reveal this ancient practice, explore the yoga practice in different state of brain function and the yoga meditation practice law of electrical activity in cerebral cortex neurons, find the positive impact of yoga practice on the nervous system, and provide theoretical basis for scientific guidance of yoga practitioners.Research methods: this study selected the Xi’an Sports Institute female students, including 30 participants, who can be divided in to three groups equally, the blank group, Hatha, and Aspen Tonga. Doing practice at a fixed time,(see appendix 1, 2) the data of the experimental group,the control group, two control group quiet state, hatha yoga, aspen tonga sun focus(A, B), and the meditation will be collected. The experimental group and control group in different yoga practice mode, the delta, theta, alpha 1 2 wave wave, alpha, beta 1, beta 2 wave power spectrum value will be collected and analyzed.Research results: 1. The contrast result: Tonga group compared with no training group, left occipital alpha 1 wave changes significantly, and right occipital alpha 1 wave changes significantly. Hatha group comparing with Tonga, right occipital alpha 1 wave changes significantly, right occipital alpha 2 wave changes significantly. Hatha group comparing with no training group, right temporal beta 1 wave changes significantly. Hatha group comparing with no training group, the left temporal theta, right temporal theta changes very significantly. Compared to Tonga group and Hatha group, right theta changes significantly. Left temporal theta, right temporal theta changes significantly. Hatha group comparing with no training group, the left frontal delta changes significantly, as compared to Tonga and Hatha group, left frontal delta wave of change is very significant. Hatha group compared with no training group, right temporal delta changes significantly, compared to Tonga and Hatha group, right temporal delta wave of change is very significant. 2. The contrast results: There is no difference between the two months breathing meditation trained group to that before. Hatha group became different after two months training. Left frontal alpha 1, right frontal alpha 1 wave have significant differences, left frontal alpha 2 wave alpha 2, right, top, right temporal alpha 2 waves have significant differences, left on the top of the beta 2 wave has a very significant difference, and left temporal theta has a very significant difference. There were no difference in delta. Aspen Tonga group also became different after two months training. Top right alpha 2 has significant differences, left occipital alpha 2 has significant difference, the right pillow alpha 2 has a very significant difference, left occipital beta 1 has significant differences, left frontal beta 2 is significantly different, left occipital beta 2 have significant differences, left occipital theta has significant differences, left frontal delta has a very significant difference, top left delta has significant difference, the right top of the delta, left occipital delta, right temporal delta has significant difference.Conclusion: yoga practice electrical activity in the brain is excited- inhibition-alternating process, brain waves in synchronicity and synchronicity to orderly rhythm, is to regulate the body, mind, soul to balance. Yoga practice overall achievement method is moving in the static performance of the outer, actively regulating central nervous and coordinating body each system running at the same time. The state of yoga meditation practice process is deep quiet and highly conscious. It is a special brain function state, low oxygen consumption.Practicing yoga meditation frequently can promote the metabolism of neurons ability.
