Yoga To VDT Operation Caused By The Influence Of Brain Tissue Oxygen Saturation Change

Related research shows that the long time continuous VDT operation can make the operators produce physical fatigue and mental fatigue, and physical activity than static rest more conducive to recovery of fatigue. Brain tissue oxygen saturation as an important evaluation index in brain tissue physiological activities reflect less research concerning the mental fatigue; Yoga as a kind of fashion whether exercise can ease the VDT operation fatigue and its impact on the operators of brain tissue oxygen saturation no related experiments can be proved.This research through the operators of VDT work for 1.5 hours to brain tissue tissue blood oxygen saturation of blood oxygen saturation monitoring analysis and VDT work fatigue; Comparing with yoga practice and static rest of VDT work fatigue recovery effect and the change of brain tissue oxygen saturation. Conclusions:(1) The long duration of VDT work task can make operators brain tissue oxygen saturation levels drop and produce fatigue;(2) Brain tissue blood oxygen saturation level and the degree of the VDT work fatigue, there is a negative relationship, namely the brain tissue blood oxygen saturation level with the level of fatigue level rise and fall;(3) Relaxation exercise yoga for VDT operation caused by the recovery effect of oxygen desaturation rest is better than that of static method, and can make the rest after the blood oxygen saturation level higher than before the experiment.(4) Static rest and relaxation exercise yoga can restore VDT work fatigue, but the rest does not return to the former level, rest and relaxation exercise yoga after the fatigue level of former no difference with the experimental results.
