| Objective: Badminton is an effective way for the masses to participate in sports activities and do exercises, the exercise volume and intensity can depend on their own personal situation,as it can help body building,build the volitional quality, cultivate psychological sentiment, and set competitive entertainment as a whole,so it has been more and more popular. With the increase of participants,the effect of badminton sport on juvenile physical health has attracted more and more attention. The purpose of this study is to understand the indicators of sports present situation of students’ reality, puts forward some reasonable suggestions and Countermeasures to solve the problems, and provide a theoretical reference for the development of Xi’an city high school sports teaching work, in order to better promote the implementation of quality education in senior middle school, the sports discipline really become an important subject to promote the all-round development of students in senior high school, in order to cultivate their lifelong sports concept, improve their physical quality.Methods: The 60 students, at age of 16 to 17 years old, were randomly selected from first and second grade in Senior High School in 75 middle school who volunteered to participate in the badminton class, then divided them into two groups, experimental group and control group. There are 30 students in experimental group(15 males and 15 famales), and 30 students in control group(15 males and 15 females).We give Badminton lessons to the experimental group, but the control group did not participate in the course. The subjects of the two groups respectively before and after the experiment were selected index test, then the experiment data were statistically analyzed by independent sample T test results and conclusions, and to analyze.Result:(1) The significant of 15 weeks Badminton high school male students height was P <0.05, significant impact on the variation rate of 1.5%; high school students girls height significant P> 0.05, no significant influence; on weight significant P> 0.05, no significant impact; boys BMI value was significant P> 0.05, no significant influence; for girls BMI values significantly P <0.05, significant impact.(2) The significant of 15 weeks Badminton high school students vital capacity was P <0.05, significant influence; 15 weeks of high school boys and girls badminton stepped index significantly P <0.05, significant impact.(3) The significant of 15 weeks Badminton high school students vital capacity was P <0.05, significant influence; on the Sit and Reach index significantly P <0.05, significant influence; on the stepped index significantly P <0.05, having significant effect; middle or long distance race significant P <0.05, significant impact.Conclusion:(1) There was no significant effect on the body shape of high school students during the 15 week’s badminton course.There was only a little influence on the height of the boys and the BMI of the girls.(2) 15 weeks Badminton high school students have higher physical function improve and enhance the role of high school students can effectively enhance the level of respiratory and cardiovascular function.(3) 15 weeks Badminton high school students have significantly enhanced physical effect, can effectively enhance the high school students of lower limb explosive power, aerobic endurance, fast motion ability, physical flexibility, etc.(4) 15 weeks for high school students physical Badminton obviously promote and enhance the role of the living body in the form of high school students, physical, all aspects of physical function have significantly improved. |
