Cores from the Angle of anatomy, from put forward a concept of sports training study. Core strength is from the lumbar spine, hip and pelvis around the joint, muscle and ligament strength, this kind of training method in the past only attach importance to the larger muscle groups on the training mode of traditional strength training and to stimulate the small, deep muscle groups involved in sports, more and more experts and scholars introduce the core strength training as a means of training in the various projects. In recent years the core strength training has been deep into the various projects, caused the attention of many coaches, there are also many projects begun tentatively dedicated to join in the physical training of core strength training. According to our different projects effective design a set of core strength training into the traditional strength training to the training plan, should be a major concern for our next.country,to participate in large number, emerge in endlessly for people at every level. When collecting data of core strength training at home and abroad, found around the badminton sport research. Therefore, in order to better carry out the badminton sport, this paper use experimental method to study the core strength training of badminton players.This article mainly USES the literature material method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and expert interview method, experimental method of hunan normal university sports college sports training of badminton professional16college athletes to carry out experimental study. And according to the arrangement of undifferentiated group before and after the training, is to explore core strength training way with the traditional strength training method of badminton player from the differences of body function affect quality technology, and puts forward some feasible Suggestions, author for this movement provides some references for the development and training methods.The research conclusion is as follows:1. The core strength training experiment plan can have the effect of corrective action mode2. Core strength training can better improve the body’s joints on the stability and the stability of the technology of badminton players in play a positive role in3core strength training of badminton player’s quality can effectively improve the effect4. Core strength training can be optimized badminton athletes muscle contraction force, rotating power techniques, so as to improve the effectiveness and stability of badminton athletes technology play,the impact on the technical effect is very obvious.
