The Development Status And Countermeasures Of The Higher Level Football Team In Shaanxi Province

After 20 years of construction and development, China’s colleges and universities high level men’s football teams have made explorations in talent reserve of competitive sports, outstanding athletes’ role transformation and other aspects. Good results and a lot of valuable experience have been achieved, but there also existed many problems. Especially after the 2008 Beijing Olympics, the cultural course learning and education of elite athletes and a variety of guarantee and other issues after their retirement have affected the sustainable development of competitive sports in China and have become a hot issue of the whole society. In order to promote the construction of harmonious society and to promote the development of sports, researches on reserve talents cultivating of high level sports team in our country, construction of high level sports teams in universities and the combination of athletes’ sports ability and education level are badly in need.The purpose of this study: Investigated the development status of high level men’s football team in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province, with in-depth analysis and research, this paper found out the shortage of the development of high level men’s football team in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province. According to in-depth analysis and discussion for these deficiencies, thus put forward reform measures suitable for the teaming of colleges and universities in China, and provided an important reference for improving the overall level of the development of high level football team in universities of our country.This article mainly uses the literature material method, the expert interview method, the questionnaire investigation method, the logic analysis method as well as the data statistics method to carry on the research.The results of this paper:1. The main mode to set up a high level football team in colleges and universities of our province is to rely on school’s own ability. The target of most colleges and universities is to train sports talents who can combine knowledge training and the cultivation of football skills and who can attend university or higher level of competition on behalf of the school to promote the development of the school football.2. The disposition of excellent high level football coaches of the universities in our province is reasonable, but the scientific research ability is generally low and the knowledge structure is not complete so that the cultural learning ability needs to improve.3. The existing differences of sports level among high level athletes of universities made it hard to get a raise in athletic ability; the contradiction between cultural course learning and training is serious; measures school used to solve the contradiction between learning and training are not effective and athletes concerned a lot on employment opportunities. These are the obstacles to the development of high level football team in colleges and universities.4. There is no complete management system for the academic managing of high level athletes in colleges, which lead to the inflexible and inelastic of school learning arrangement for high level athletes. High level football teams in colleges and universities are mainly funded by school’s own funds, so the source of funds is relatively simple.
