Objective: this paper was given the yoga classes in domestic colleges and universities development trends as well as on the extent of their favorite as a starting point to examine six joints of Yoga exercises on college students ’ physical activity and positive impact, yoga classes are likely to be popular with college students a class.Through Northwestern University art college class 2015 the 10 students of different professions for a 8-week Yoga intervention, combine 10 students divided into boys girls, changes were observed in all student experiments, as well as before and after comparison of results. To find before and after testing whether there is a difference;whether Yoga exercises on college students ’ physical function has a positive effect;how can scientific and rational arrangement of Yoga exercise can change for the better students and joint activity and body shape, this elegant sport Yoga has been promoted well in college. This article is about solving problems.Research methods: literature review, expert interviews taken in this paper,experimental method and experimental study of statistics and logical analysis, 2015 art college art major at Northwestern University is selected 10 students as subjects of experiments. Before and after the experiment six degrees of motion of the body of the indicators analyzed. By Excel and SPSS software to analyze the test data, research students ’ body of shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee and ankle joints, does have an effect, the effect is obvious, there are no ROM plays a good role. Made intervention on the basis of how Yoga is more conducive to reasonable arrangements to increase college students ’ body six joint activities and enhance the role of University students ’physical health.Results: the research results show that yoga exercise intervention has a significant effect on the activity of the six joint. After two months of yoga exercise intervention,male group and female group of hip joint and shoulder joint activity is significantly increased(P < 0.01); male group and female group of the wrist and ankle joint is obviously improved; changes in male group and female group of knee festival activity and motion of the elbow joint degree is almost zero. Conclusion: through the analysis and Study on the experimental results, yoga on college students of six joint activity degree positive impact, also yoga can ease college students’ physical and mental pressure, so in Colleges and universities to carry out yoga curriculum has certain significance and value.
