The purpose of the study is:FMS testing is widely used both at home and abroad.The test tool is a diagnostic system for evaluating human movements.The main purpose of this test is to evaluate vulnerabilities and observe the limitations and compensations of the body during the completion of certain movements.This study selects yoga enthusiasts as research objects and carries out the FMS test,points out the quality of the subjects completed during the test,and estimates the limitations of the body and the action compensation through the action quality completed by them.After the test,according to the problems that appeared in the evaluation process,there is a formulation of a yoga practice plan and contrast scores are made.After a month of practice,the FMS test is completed to evaluate changes.Objective analysis of the two FMS test scores showed the differences of the body before and after one month of yoga practice,and objectively evaluates the effectiveness of yoga exercises.At home,there have been very mature plans for the corrective action of functional action screening,but the study of yoga as a correction scheme has not been found,and the research and application of relevant correction schemes are also less.Research objects and methods:The subjects of this study are the Yoga players' FMS scoring and the effect of yoga intervention.Preparation for the completion of this thesis will be conducted by reading documents and related books related to yoga and the FMS test.First of all,the subjects were determined,and then the subjects were tested by FMS,and the quality of the subjects completed by the test were scored.Then,according to the physical limitations and compensation in the screening,the Yoga body practice plan was determined,and the correction method of Yoga body exercises was designed.Finally,the correction scheme was determined.In the experiment,64 female yoga enthusiasts were chosen as experimental subjects,and the duration of exercises lasted for 1 month.Each participant completed at least 25 classes.Finally all the subjects were graded on the FMS action quality,and the SPSS17.0 statistical analysis software was used to compare the test of the FMS test scores before and after the experiment.The results of the study:After the experiment,the average score of the subjects before the experiment was15.42 ± 1.37,and the improvement was 18.96±1.02 after the training.Among them,the hurdle step and the straight line squat test were obviously improved.After the experiment,all the subjects had to score 3 points.The three movements,such as the top squat,the flexibility of the shoulder joint,the straight knee lifting,and the rotation stability of the torso,were also increased(P<0.01).The pain of one of the subjects in the shoulder flexibilities test was 0 points,and had pain even after the experiment.After the 3 points,the stability and improvement of the trunk was not obvious.After the experiment,only one person got full score,but the overall strength was relatively improved,only the full score was not reached.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Before the experiment,through the quality evaluation of the FMS test completed by the subjects,it was found that the functional motion screening can be applied to the basic movement test of the general population,scientifically detect basic movement disorders that occurs in the human body,and make targeted training for physical exercise.(2)after the experiment,the score of the trunk core stability test changed little,and the other six action scores of the FMS test were improved obviously.In later correction practice,the core strength of the subjects should be strengthened through more effective correction exercises.(3)the results of the study show that the average score of the yoga practice is remarkable before and after a month.It shows that the formulation of yoga exercises can improve the basic movement pattern of the body.In the future,the FMS test and the yoga practice should be applied to more people and sports in practice,for competitive sports and the public.Better service for fitness.(4)one of the students found the pain in the left shoulder during the shoulder flexibilities test,but after a month of yoga practice,the pain relieved and the hands could be buckled behind the back,indicating that the yoga practice could treat the pain of the body.
