With the expansion of the scale of higher education, the development of quality education, our university enrollment increased by nearly twenty percentage points, a large number of talents for the society. But it can’ t be denied is that the quality of university education in our country has not been truly implemented, trained personnel unsatisfactory quality, social responsibility and sense of responsibility of students is not high and called on community education reform is growing. To solve all sorts of problems in education, we should reflect on their own problems, based on the United States learn from the advanced personnel training methods, to change our traditional university education focus only on students ’intellectual’ development, lack of innovative Education Model.This article will focus on the study of World War Ⅱ American university education volunteer service, starting with the history of American education volunteer service start to grasp the whole course of its history, pushing the relevant factors were analyzed. The rise of the industrial revolution, "mutual aid" immigrant roots, "charity" of religious concepts and the importance of quality education tradition, has become an important factor in promoting volunteerism in American Universities Education evolving. Since World War Ⅱ, in the background, and continue to promote communitarian economic globalization, volunteering Education in American universities towards a new height of development. Writing focus of this paper is to combine after World War Ⅱ American university education volunteer service characteristics of mature reason, content and other research initiatives levels, from analysis in favor of the University of volunteer service factor of educational development. American University education students focus on volunteer service ability and sense of responsibility, attention to foster volunteer service culture, and encourage every student to self-education. These effective building measures in the continuous improvement and development are becoming an important factor in promoting volunteerism educational development of American universities. The moment our university education volunteer service if you want to break the current deadlock in the development toward a higher level forward, should first resolve biased, utilitarian motives, imperfect implementation and related support funds of lack of awareness of volunteer service like Education in a series of practical problems. Comprehensive grasp of American university education volunteer service on the basis of positive factors,I propose a feasibility ideas on the University Volunteer Service Education. From the establishment of normal service projects to proceed, assessment using quantitative indicators, strengthen resources to finance schools, the use of effective incentives and nurture campus volunteer service culture. We hope by thinking,coupled with the efforts later, China’s university education to make every student’s sense of social development needs of high-quality and creative talent, culture and services for economic development,volunteerism education truly become an important part of the training,to promote the normalization of the University of volunteer service education.
