| In this paper, using the literature material method, interview method, observation research methods, such as indoor sports skills classes to carry out the situation of urumqi, through the analysis of the first indoor gym class appraisal activities in urumqi’s collection of material such as lesson plans, summarizes the indoor sports skill teaching content selection basis, choice principle, primary indoor sports skill class teaching plans, applied to the elementary school sports teaching classroom,analyzing its feasibility study, and sums up the indoor sports skill class of problems in practice.
