Xinjiang is located in the northwest,the winter time is long.For the primary and secondary school sports class,there are nearly 10 weeks of physical education in a year.This will seriously reduce the opportunity for students to learn and master sports skills.Therefore,the development of indoor sports skills course resources for primary and secondary school physical education class Necessity,at the same time,can play an interactive role in promoting regular PE classes for PE teachers.The skill course of indoor sports and field is not the theoretical knowledge of sports and health in the traditional sense,not the health care course,nor the simple teaching of sports theory knowledge,but the process of teaching,consolidating and strengthening the technique of action by means of the desk and chair in the classroom;it is the physical education teacher who teaches sports skills.One of the important ways of the law is to fully explain the teaching plan of indoor sports,to select the content of indoor physical education,to improve the importance of indoor sports skills and to lay a good foundation for the students to carry out lifelong physical education.In the course of this study,the core ideas of the indoor sports skills course are thoroughly understood by the literature,the visiting investigation,Delphi law,the questionnaire survey,the case study and the mathematical statistics.Through the investigation of the cognition of the sports teachers in Urumqi,the indoor sports skills in Urumqi are obtained.The development of the course is still in the exploratory stage and has not formed a complete system.Therefore,the choice of teaching contents and methods is imminent.Through the analysis of the technical links of the content of track and field teaching,this article uses ter Faye Fa to select the appropriate technical links in the room,and screen the teaching contents of the indoor athletics and field skills course.In the process of screening the content,the questionnaire survey method and the interview method are used to investigate.When studying the content,the specific basis and principles are followed,and the teaching methods used by the teachers in indoor and outdoor are summed up and contrasted,and the relevant teaching methods are made according to the specific teaching content.In the course of the investigation,the teaching design of the hurdle race course by visiting and studying and writing the skill course of indoor athletics and field can provide a specific reference for the teachers to choose the teaching content of the indoor athletics and field skills,and indirectly help the students to master the function of the track and field skills.
