High school Chinese "tutor" module Settings is a current syllabus and the important measure of modern concept of reading, it is also intended to promote teacher’s effective guidance and combining the students’ reading way of language learning.But at present a lot of schools do not attach importance to "tutor" in the textbook contents of teaching, let alone "guide" of teaching to stimulate students more extensive reading. Most of the high school language teacher based on a variety of reasons and do not take the "tutor" teaching of the plates, as a result, the students the right guidance by "tutor" to contact and read more excellent classics is there is a big gap. Textbooks for high school students’ learning status "tutor" plate and teachers’ teaching present situation, the author separately from the student’s reading interest,reading habits, reading motivation, reading quantity and the difficulty of reading and reading, and the teacher’s class hour arrangement, teaching design, content choice, the teaching effect and so on various aspects has carried on the investigation and study,and analyzes the causes of this situation. The focus of this study was aimed at the cause of "tutor" status quo from the reading environment construction, the reading condition of opening and reading strategies to explore aspects of operable ideas and countermeasures are put forward. Finally on the basis of related research, briefly explore "tutor" teaching effect evaluation method and puts forward some Suggestions.
