Research Objective:Because of China’s aging population is getting worse, many men in the elderly body functions presented cardiopulmonary function aging, neural response and sensitivity poor, stiff joints, obesity, and heart failure and other states. This study was conducted six months of Health Qigong ? Wu Qin experimental study drama, observe Wu Qin Xi on 55-65 year old male pulmonary function, physical fitness, body composition and heart rate variability and other indicators; Health Qigong ? Wu Qin Xi exercise performance and fitness Mechanism to explore, to make the health Qigong ? Wu Qin Xi exercise guiding theory to achieve better results, provide a more cutting-edge theoretical reference and practical basis for the mass sports and fitness.Research Methods:This study experimental method based on the participation of Health Qigong ? Frequency domain TP significantly increased(P <0.05), HF extremely significantly increased(P <0.01), LF / HF decreased significantly(P <0.05).Research Conclusion: 1.6 months, "Health Qigong ? Wu Qin Xi" Exercise can make 55-65 year old male alveolar ventilation and enhanced elasticity, so that pulmonary function is improved and improved; 2.6 months, "Health Qigong ? Wu Qin Xi" Exercise can make 55-65 year old male nervous system excitability improved, enhanced the body’s flexibility while increasing joint range of motion, improved heart and lung function, improve physical fitness; 3.6 months, "Health Qigong ?
