| Objective:The experience explore the influence of sling-exercise-raining and aerobic exercise on cardiac functions and HRV of university students in 8 weeks, It provide more basis for college students in the scientific and more effective way of improving the capability of the cardiac reserve sports theoretical.Methods: Choice 30 identical Majors(Male) in Xi’an Sports Institute of Health Sciences Department for the study, of which 10 people were non-sport group, 10 people were aerobic exercise training group,and 10 people sling-exercise-raining group. The experience test the three groups of participants in a quiet condition changes in heart rate variability and cardiac function before and after,. then make statistic analysis on those data.Results:(1) The heart structure: the former experiments of three groups of college students of the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVDd), left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVDs) and left ventricular wall motion amplitude(LVPMA) after cardiac structure indexes such as comparison had no significant difference(P > 0.05), after the experiment of suspension training and aerobic exercise group which compared with the experiment two LVDd, although LVDs, LVPMA value has increased, but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05), the control group was no change; Experiment in the two groups after training which comparing with the control group was no significant difference(P > 0.05).(2) The cardiac function: before the experiment of three groups of students heart function index of left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV), left ventricular end systolic volume(LVESV), ejection fraction(EF), short axial shortening rate(FS), stroke volume(SV),cardiac output(C0) had no significant difference. The LVEDV, EF has significant difference after Experiments in the two intervention group comparing with the control group(P < 0.05), The aerobic group LVEDV, EF has significant difference(P<0.05)which compared before and after the experiment; LVESV of intervention group and control group has no significant difference(P > 0.05), that before and after the experiment LVESV has reduced but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05);Experimental suspension and aerobic exercise group after group of SV, FS, CO, and the control group has no significant difference(P > 0.05), and after the experiment the SV, FS, CO has increased, but there is no significant difference(P > 0.05).(3) The heart rate variability: before the experiment of three groups of students with HRV time domain and frequency domain index had no significant difference(P >0.05), but frequency domain and time domain had changes after the experimental training of suspension training and aerobic exercise group HRV; We find that the function of three groups of student center vascular system after the experiment, the control group is the worse, the aerobic exercise group is better, suspension training group is the best. The two groups after intervention group training in time domain index of heart rate(HR) had a decrease in the heart rate than before but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05), and was no significant difference compared with controls group(P > 0.05);The time domain index SD1 and RMSSD appeared significant difference(P < 0.05) before and after the experiment of suspension training group compared with controls, SD2 has increased but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05);Aerobic exercise group compared with control group in the time domain index SD1, SD2, RMSSD there was no significant difference(P > 0.05),which has increased, but there was no significant difference before and after the experiment. Experiment of three groups of subjects before total power(TP), high frequency power(LF), low frequency power(HF), extremely low frequency(VLF) power, LF/HF(reflect the balance of the sympathetic nerve and vagus nerve) had no significant difference(P > 0.05).Experiment suspension and aerobic exercise group after group of frequency domain index TP, HF occurred significant difference compared with control group(P < 0.05), and compared with the experiment have significant difference(P < 0.05);VLF increase but there was no significant difference; LF, LF/HF compared with control group, there was no significant difference(P > 0.05), decreased but there was no significant difference before and after the experiment(P > 0.05).Conclusions:(1) 8 weeks of suspension training and aerobic exercise intervention can cause changes in the fine structure of college students’ heart;(2) 8 weeks of suspension training and aerobic exercise intervention can improve cardiac function in college students, the show is LVEDV, EF, FS, SV, CO, and aerobic exercise intervention which is superior to the suspension of training;(3) 8 weeks of suspension training and aerobic exercise intervention can improve college students’ heart rate variability, and changes in suspension training intervention more prominent. |
