A Study Of Present Fostering Situation And Countermeasures Of Reserve Forces Of Athletics Tae Kwon Do In Shaanxi Province And Its Development Strategy

Since the 20 th century, as a competitive sport, Tae Kwon Do(scavenged Kwon Do) after boarded the stage of the Olympics games, with its legs absorption and unique charm competitive boxing is complementary, taekwondo has spread rapidly in the countries all over the world, become a universal liking the people all over the world, promoting the emerging of modern sports. Taekwondo has become the important projects of competitive sports now. No doubt that,sports reserve talented person’s raise are closely connected with the development of competitive sports in China. The reserve talent team construction, is the basis and prerequisite for the sustainable development of competitive sports. In shaanxi province was one of the important strength of taekwondo competition team in our country, for conveying the taekwondos in China.Such as Shaohui Liu,Weiyong Zhang, Yan Li, Xu Shen,Donghua Li,Hailong Yuan and many several excellent referees and elite athletes. And advocate complementary author mode between the government and enterprises,provides a development platform for shaanxi province sports school, club, sports ground and pavilion.This research use the literature material law, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and expert interviews and other research methods, in shaanxi province tae kwon do reserve personnel training mode and its sustainable development path for further investigation and research. Shaanxi youth taekwondo championship and the 2015 team member’s main index and carried on the detailed statistics for empirical research, it is concluded that shaanxi province tae kwon do reserve personnel training present situation, the coaches, training environment and restricting factors such as the conclusion. In addition, using the experience of other provinces backup talent cultivation, combining the reality of shaanxi province, around the tae kwon do reserve personnel training mode and puts forward some suggestings and countermeasures for sustainable development.Through research and analysis about shaanxi province tae kwon do reserve personnel training mode of sustainable development strategy are: First, the ramming tae kwon do mass base; Second,encourage diversified tae kwon do reserve personnel training mode; Third, establish scientific reserve personnel selection mechanism; Fouth, learning amd exercising combination, optimize the allocation of resources; Fifth, multi-channel promotion teaching level comprehensive coaches; Sixth, perfect the taekwondo competition system; Seventh, professional development; Eighth, the government policy support and funding taekwondo team.The following conclusions: First, in shaanxi province tae kwon do reserve contradictions between choosing prominent; Second, in shaanxi province taekwondo coach personnel troop overall quality improvement; Third,in shaanxi province tae kwon do backup talent cultivation mechanism is not perfect; Forth, in shaanxi province taekwondo training, competition mechanism is not reasonable.
