The Sustainable Development Research On Hebei Province’s Athletics Gymnastics Reserve Talented Person

Our country’s athletics gymnastics has always maintained a remarkable recordsince Tehran Asian games in1974.We not only maintain dominance in Asianathletics gymnastics, but also come out in front in the world athletics gymnastics.However, after the failure of Chinese athletics gymnastics in Athens Olympic Gamesin2004, the Chinese athletics gymnastics exposed many problems. One of the mostdeadly and the most obvious problems is China’s shrinking reserve talentedperson.The whole nation is still the case, as surrounded the capital city of HebeiProvince, talents for competitive gymnastics is not the exception,Since Hebeiprovince recovered athletics gymnastics training in1956, it has reduced from the firstof11teams to4teams that is Shijiazhuang City, Baoding City, Tangshan City andQinhuangdao City today. Therefore, the situation is very grim.Therefore, to find thereasons of declining number of the province talents for competitive gymnastics andseek a reasonable solution are imperative.This study takes the Hebei Gymnastics athletes, coaches and managementpersonnel as a research object,Starting from the structure of athletes and coaches ofvenues and facilities, schedule, athlete culture system as well as athletes flows to andparents attitudes,and research methods such as literature data, questionnaire,interview, statistical method are used,studying in-depth of the existing situation ofHebei Province talents for competitive gymnastics, the conclusions asfollows:1.Gymnastic reserve forces in Hebei Province base is so small, and continuesa declining trend.2.The Hebei gymnastics coaches structure is reasonable, but mostcoaches theory and research capacity need to be improved.3.Existing gymnasticstraining base complex in Hebei Province except Qinhuangdao for improvement，Theremaining four places are basically to protect the normal training.4. Only once a yearthe provincial youth gymnastics competition can not meet the talent needs of athletesin Hebei Province.5.Hebei Province talents for competitive gymnastics trainingsystem is still a continuation of our nationwide system of "three-tier training model"，Although it has proposed "combination" the implementation is not completely，andtoo superficial、formal.6.The question of the flow of athlete is whether parentssupport their children engaged in competitive gymnastics training concerns，becausethe competitive gymnasts participating in the training age is very small,the attitude ofparents becomes the key whether athletes could engaged in training. The author takes the summary study according the above findings，and makingthe following recommendations：1.Vigorously tap the reserve talents of the schoolgymnastics.2.Develop a number of new Gymnastics coaches，both to play the role ofschool physical education teachers，also could assume professional sports gymnasticstraining task.3.Improve the hardware facilities of the school,timely construct thegymnasium gymnastics training required to meeting the standard.4.Create a contestof competitive atmosphere of competition unchanged and small raceconstantly,mobilizing all forces to muster athletes participating actively.5.Graduallycarry out combining mode of training and teaching in the original system，putting anend to formal and superficial.6.The athletes under combining mode of training andteaching first of all are qualified students,logically solving the problem of flow ofexisting athletes，dispelling all the concerns of the parents.
