Research On The Development Of Chinese Youth Outdoor Sports Camp In China

The healthy growth of young people is not only related to the development of its own, the well-being of the family concerns for the future development of society and the National Renaissance, youth outdoor sports camp as school sports course of the youth supplement, physical and mental development of adolescents has a irreplaceable role. The establishment of national youth outdoor sports camp in China has been carried out for 11 years from 2004 to the present. During these 11 years, China’s national economy and society has changed deeply, and the survival and development of the youth outdoor sports camp has also presented a new characteristic and trend.This paper analyzes the research through the literature data method, questionnaire survey method, expert interview method, mathematical statistics method, field survey method, 137 questionnaires were issued camp management personnel 600 student questionnaires, and since 2004 137 existing home(by the General Administration of sport naming funded a total of 144) were used to analyze the distribution of outdoor camp the national youth sports activities, choose the representative of Beijing city(1), Shaanxi(3), Zhejiang(2), Yunnan(1), Liaoning(2), Anhui(1), Gansu(1), Henan province(2 a) 8 provinces / municipalities directly under the central government a total of 13 national youth outdoor sports camps as the investigation object in Gansu and Jinchang International Youth survival training camp, China QianDaoHu Railway Station, Guangxi international camping conference in Nanning National Youth Management training course for outdoor sports camp. Through the investigation and analysis of the basic situation of the development of the National Youth outdoor sports activities and the situation of teenagers’ participation, the method of sustainable development of the camp can be given. And the following conclusions are obtained:Stage characteristics of the development of a national youth outdoor sports camp is, now is in the rapid promotion stage, but theoretical research lags behind relatively, government guidance documents less; main scribe belongs to the sports system(37%) and the tourism system(36%); less sources of funds in the form of only three units of form of self financing, local finance and administration funded and no regulatory system, determine the trend of sports lottery public welfare funds. 2 basic facilities investment in the early stage, the annual maintenance and operating costs are higher, simply to carry out youth outdoor sports activities or other outdoor sports from the proceeds of the situation is not very good. Most of the camp is to rely on tourist attractions, resort hotels, hotel accommodation, food and beverage entertainment and other projects to achieve profitable camp. 3 the activities carried out by the camp are more diversified. 4 China’s national camp in personnel management in quality and settings need to be improved. In addition camp training teacher education is mainly concentrated in the undergraduate and the male dominated(82.5%), age concentrated in 21-30 years old(60.3%) work experience concentrates in 1-3 years(55%) showed younger characteristics. 5 youth outdoor sports camp occupy an important position in the youth sports activities, youth participation enthusiasm is higher, the participation attitude is relatively positive, motivation into a diversified trend. 6 China’s national youth outdoor activities in the camp, the market development mode to development model of government based, development model with self tube self-supporting, self regulatory sub camp, trust and cooperation, four patterns; from camp profitability and activities to carry out effect of sports tourism is the combination of camp construction will be the trend for the future development of the camp.
