Risk Management Research On Youth Outdoor Sports Camp In Yunnan Province

Under the background of strong sports country,relying on the advantaged natural resources and multi-ethnic traditional culture of Yunnan Province,outdoor sports camp education for teenagers has developed rapidly as an emerging industry.However,its safety problems and risk management problems have not been fully paid attention to,and outdoor risk accidents often occur.In order to ensure the safety of body and mind,sports participants practitioners to promote teenagers outdoor sports camp high quality education industry development in Yunnan province,in order to sports power strategy effective implementation,the use of system risk management knowledge to identify risk of camp activities,and assessment of risk,risk response form standardization,routing mechanism of risk management is of great significance.This article through the literature material law,expert interview method,accident tree analysis,risk source,risk factors of youth outdoor camp in Yunnan province were collected and compiled a check list and risk assessment,invited scholars and outdoor sports sports camp education management personnel to fill in the risk assessment table,using the list sorting method and matrix method summary data form the chart,The order of risk quantity（possibility and importance）of each risk in the risk checklist was determined to facilitate the use of the checklist by teachers in the front-line camp to quickly identify the presence and magnitude of risks,and put forward corresponding and specific countermeasures according to the general risk response strategies.Finally,the risk check list was implemented in the activity case of Little Iron Man Camp to compare the risk check results.The conclusions are as follows:1.The risk sources and risk factors of outdoor sports camps for adolescents in Yunnan Province were classified and summarized,including three categories and 14sub-categories: Personnel risk（organizers,participants and managers and others）,the material risk（facilities,equipment,food,water,plants and animals,and other material）,environmental risk（course line,topography and geological and meteorological conditions,social environment,the environment）,compiled the Yunnan province outdoor sports camp risk checklist",The risk management system of outdoor sports camps for teenagers in Yunnan Province has been further improved.2.Determine the risk quantity of each risk in the risk check list.The risk factors of outdoor sports camps in Yunnan Province are "organizers","participants","site facilities" and "managers",which indicates that personnel factors are the most important,among which participants’ outdoor safety awareness,blind risk-taking behavior,non-standard skills and other risks are relatively large.The effective supervision of the organizers,their own sense of safety responsibility and risk identification ability,safety education for students and other risks are large;The manager has a large amount of risk in the risk identification ability,assessment ability and risk response plan in the plan,and there is a large amount of risk in the protection station or protection measures in the site and facilities,and whether the protection facilities are effective.3.The strategies to deal with the risks of outdoor sports camps for adolescents in Yunnan Province mainly include four kinds: avoidance,transfer,control and retention.The probability and severity of the risks can be used as a general risk coping strategy for the a thread teachers in the camp.Specific risk coping methods can be developed according to the actual situation of the camp.4,small iron man camp in the adventure camp in Yunnan province has carried on the empirical research object,through the risk management method of this study identified 20 potential risk factors,high similarity,with camp manager findings on risk issues with camp manager to discuss and put forward some concrete Suggestions,including intensive training management personnel,Establish a long-term volunteer team mechanism,improve the safety standards and detailed rules of the site facilities...
