| Teenager Outdoor Sports Camp,so that students from the family,school into nature,organize students in the natural environment for outdoor activities,can exercise students' body,hone the students' will,enhance students' independence,communication and cooperation ability,and promote comprehensive quality of students all-round development.There are 3 National Teenager Outdoor Sports camp in Shanxi Province,however,management operations in the process because of the problem of capital chain breakage,in 2017,Taiyuan Tianlongshan Teenager Outdoor Sports Camp and Shuozhou Youyu County Teenager Outdoor Sports Camp to stop opening,but Taihang Mountain Teenager Outdoor Sports camp development well,the number of reception has increased year after year.This paper studies Taihang Mountain teenager outdoor sports camp,by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,On-the-spot investigation,expert interview,Mathematical Statistics and case analysis,this paper studies and analyzes the construction of camp,management personnel and teachers,management and operation,and activities.The aim of this paper is to promote its development and to provide reference and help for the construction and development of teenager outdoor sports camp for Shanxi province and other areas.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The division of the Taihang Mountain teenager outdoor sport camp area is reasonable,the facilities are equipped with basic activities to meet the development,but need further improvement.(2)Taihang Mountain teenager Outdoor Sports camp management personnel equipped with the sports administration of the sport of the Management Center released camp management personnel with minimum standards,but still need to improve.The age structure of the trainer is younger and the teaching experience and ability need to be improved.The salary of the trainer is low,the job is not stable,and the job satisfaction needs to be improved.(3)Taihang Mountain Teenager Outdoor sports Camp department set up complete,the responsibilities of a clear division of responsibility,but in the camp activity season,the training staff reserve slightly inadequate.Camp propaganda channels wide,have a certain reputation.The camp system is perfect and the activity safety is more secure.The camp opening hours cannot be covered throughout the year.(4)The price of activities in Taihang Mountain teenager outdoor sports camp arebasically reasonable,but they will be difficult for low-income families.The number of young people in the camp has increased dramatically over the past three years.90% of the camp's funding comes from operating income,and the camp is truly self-management,self marketing and self operated.(5)The activities of Taihang Mountain teenager outdoor sports camp have various contents,which basically satisfy the students ' diversified interests and hobbies.The curriculum is organized in a class or group,limiting student initiative.Students are aware of participating in the camp activities,more than 1-2 times a year to participate in the camp activities.Students are more satisfied with their work in all aspects of the camp.The camp established an evaluation system for the students and trainers.The activities carried out in the camp have received good results and have better social influence. |
