Research On Resource Development Of Youth Outdoor Sports Camp In Xiangxi Region

Outdoor camp physical education is an important part of modern education.It is of great significance for students to know nature,love nature,cultivate tenacious will quality,exercise body,strengthen physique and develop survival skills.In order to grasp the development of outdoor sports camp in Western Hunan.This paper takes the development of the youth outdoor sports camp resources in Western Hunan as the research object.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,field investigation and practice,it focuses on the development of the youth outdoor sports camp resources in Western Hunan,and analyzes the endowment,current situation and existence of the youth outdoor sports camp resources in Western Hunan To investigate and analyze the problems and influencing factors.The results show that:1.Western Hunan is rich in natural resources and has obvious diversity.It is located in the areas inhabited by ethnic minorities with obvious ethnic and cultural characteristics.The total population of Western Hunan is more than ten million,and the market potential of the camp is huge.At the same time,because it is located in the junction of Hunan,Hubei,Guizhou and Chongqing,it can better develop the market inside and outside the province.2.The development of natural resources in the youth outdoor sports camp in Western Hunan is good,but there are still irrationalities.The infrastructure construction is also in the development stage,which needs to be improved in continuous exploration.The construction of camp culture is a sign of whether the camp is successful or not.The outdoor sports and rural culture are the main factors for the landlords in the outdoor sports camp in Western Hunan.It's a pity that we can't take advantage of our own national characteristics.At present,the market of youth outdoor sports camp in Western Hunan is mainly concentrated in the local and surrounding cities.The competitiveness is relatively weak.3.In the development of resources,the utilization rate of natural resources is insufficient.The development of the camp has caused certain damage to the natural environment,and there is no corresponding countermeasures for the increasingly serious environmental pollution.The traffic infrastructure of some camps is not perfect,and the infrastructure construction of the camp is good but not comprehensive.The project curriculum basically follows the model of developed areas,lackingregional characteristics.In addition,the attraction of Western Hunan to professional talents is insufficient,and there is a lack of professional coach talents and curriculum development talents;The main reasons are that the west of Hunan is located in Wuling mountain area,the construction of transportation and other infrastructure is difficult,the regional economy is backward,the people's living standards and education concepts are backward,the regional advantages are small,the camp has no strong awareness of camp cultural construction,the national cultural awareness is poor,the attraction for excellent talents is small,and the curriculum development and talent introduction are in trouble;4.Take yuquanxi outdoor sports base of Zhangjiajie as a typical case to analyze and summarize its natural resources,human resources,outdoor projects and human resources after development,and the market benefits brought by market resources after development,in order to learn from its advantages and complement its shortcomings in the process of project development and market development in Western Hunan.
