Research And Implementation Of PESQ Algorithm Base On The Monitoring Terminal Of 3G Mobile Communications

With the rapid development of wireless communication, users pay more attention to the quality of service on communication network. So in order to meet users demand for quality of service on communication, mobile operators continue to reinforce the monitoring of network. In this case,speech quality evaluation has grown rapidly.In this paper, through research on the basis of speech quality evaluation, the objective speech evaluation is selected. Through research the early model of PAMS, PSQM and MNB base on the objective speech evaluation, and analyse the performance of PAMS, PSQM and MNB, some shortcomings are found.At the same time, these models can be used in small scope. For this reason, this paper selects PESQ algorithm model, the model has higher stability in objective speech evaluation, and then the principle of PESQ algorithm be introduced. In the end, according to PESQ algorithm, the monitoring of the third generation about PESQ algorithm be designed.Based on the monitoring of the third generation test about PESQ algorithm, the stable performance and high accuracy is suitable for the real-time monitoring in mobile communication be proved, and it is also helpful for optimizing the quality of network.
