Through a non contact IC card can complete the dining, consumption, water, electricity and other functions, to get rid of the cumbersome, inefficient management model, greatly improving the efficiency of work and management. But the market of many consumer electronics terminal existing function has the advantages of simple structure, the key type keyboard, communication wiring complex, long-term use is easy to wear and maintenance difficulties, it is not waterproof, and these deficiencies need effective improvement.This paper to non-contact card and electronic consumer terminal as the core, using computer technology and communication technology as the auxiliary method, in view of the shortcomings of the current domestic consumer terminal, according to the actual requirements of real life, with the purpose of scientific and reasonable, advanced and reliable, economical and practical, compatible extended strong principles designed a can meet the market demand of consumer terminal. In this paper, the design of consumer terminal eliminates the consumption may occur in all sorts of malpractices, improves the speed of consumption, improve the consumption mode, strengthen the safety and reliability of the system, increase system scalability, more conducive to intelligent management.In this paper the design of ARM embedded ARM9 processor(arm926ej) kernel S3C2416 processor as the core, overall control system; used for auxiliary control STC15W201S-35 I SCM and SCM STC89C52; on the open source Linux operating system transplant, in order to apply to S3C2416 processor and transplantation of the SQLite database, carries on the management to the data; use QT creator environment for debugging the application design; provide the two communication modes of Ethernet and wireless network; matrix keyboard with touch, waterproof, anti oil, easy to clean; the TFT LCD screen to display the data arising from consumption. In this paper, the design of the electronic consumer terminal system has good stability, easy maintenance, scalability, strong, etc., can be very good to meet the needs of users.
