An Alarm System Using Short Message For Smart Home Based On Gsm System

With the rapid development of computer and communications technology a nd the integration of 3C(computers, communications and consumer electronics),household appliances intelligent and home networking has been coming into t he home in near future, digital life will give a more comfortable living enviro nment. How to select the right technology for a rational design of the program,and thus the formation of a line with China’s national conditions, smart home alarm system has becoming a new topic.This paper introduces the design principles and the overall plan of intellige nt Home Furnishing alarm system. It focuses on the design of Intelligent Hom e Furnishing alarm system platform which is divided into three parts: overall a rchitecture, data flow diagram and sensor node alarm design. With Arduino ope n source hardware as the core, this platform is based on REST(Representation al State Transfer) architecture, connected the GSM module and Zig Bee module to alarm system. The sensor is divided into temperature sensor, infrared senso r, smoke sensor and gas sensor. Each sensor is connected with the Zig Bee mo dule, which makes the sensor can transmit the collected data through Zig Bee wireless transmission module to the platform.If abnormal situation occurs, the platform sends short messages through the connected GSM module to the householder at the first time. Finally, we discu ssed and summarized the intelligent household alarm process design scheme of the system, then proposed the next research direction.Through the design of hardware and software design, this paper proposes an intelligent Home Furnishing system based on REST architecture, smart hom e alarm system function achieved by using infrared sensor, smoke sensor, temp erature sensor and gas sensor, and the GSM module short message alarm funct ion have been achieved, finally validation by experiment...
