Following the developing trend of special ABS resins, the technique parameters of the polymerization of ABS, suspension polymerization of SAN, mixing forinula extrusion process were adjusted in the small-scale manufacturing units, based on the advantages of equipment and mature technology of ABS production in Lanzhou Petrochemical. The products were approved by the users.In the pilot phase of industrial manufacture, the performaces of the intermediate materials are significantly improved via the continuous optimization. After the small-scale and industrial tests, 720 tons special ABS resin were produced. The performance of the product,and the device competitiveness of the ABS manufacture-line have been improvel significantly.
