This study analyzed the main environment impact factors during mining construction project, which take the example as Tian Hong iron concentrator in Lai Yuan County, put forward some suggestions of regional environment protection. The results are as follows:(1) It is showed by the environmental water analysis that the waste water from flour is recycled to the reproduction and the waste water form tailings and sewages are recycled to the tailings again, reproduced after the calcification. It won’t cause any significant adverse effect to the regional water resources.(2) It is showed by the environmental air analysis that the regional air quality is good enough to achieve theⅡClass Standard which based on the "Ambient Air Quality Standard"(GB3095-1996). There are no hospitals, schools, and residential areas, natural scenic and other sensitive sets. The air pollution control and prevention by taking appropriate measures, emissions can be effectively reduced, less impact on the surrounding atmosphere, the local ambient air quality essential to maintain the status quo.(3) It is showed by the environmental noisy analysis that the predictive value of noise at night has reached theⅡClass Standard which is based on "Standard of Noise at Boundary of Industrial Enterprises"(GB12348-2008). There are no hospitals, schools, and residential areas, natural scenic and other sensitive sets, and 700 meters away from the village. So, it won’t cause any significant adverse effect to the regional area and Jin Shankou village.(4) It is showed by the environmental solid waste analysis that solid mainly include dry waste rock, dust, tailings, waste and waste activated carbon, in which the garbage is collected and sent to designated locations for centralized treatment of the sanitation department. Collection the waste carbon and let it treat by the unit which has the disposal qualification. Comprehensive utilization of waste rock is used for dam construction and road stone. It has met the "General Industrial Solid Waste Storage and Disposal Site Pollution Control Standard"(GB18599-2001). It won’t cause any significant adverse effect to the regional area and Jin Shankou village.(5) The site selection is reasonable. Tian Hong iron concentrator is located in the flood land, which is 700 meters away and in the northwest of Jin Shankou village Xia Beitou Township Lai Yuan County. The site of the iron concentrator neither occupies the river course nor releases the floodwater, 700 meters away from the substation of Xia Beitou Township, it will not have effect on the substation if control on the dispersion of coal dust. It is 80 meters away from the tourist road in Baishi maintain and will not have effect on the beautiful tourist road in Baishi maintain. The wastewater is used recycling and do not discharged, so it won’t cause any adverse effect to Juma River. Dust, noise and solid waste also won’t cause any significant adverse effect to the regional environment.(6) Construction and operation of the engineering analysis shows that Tian Hong iron concentrator won’t cause any significant adverse effect to the regional environment. The main pollutants include wastewater, waste air, noise, solid waste and so on during operation of the engineering. The total water consumption is 2448 m~3 / d, where fresh water 280.2 m~3 / d, the cycle of water 2167.8 m~3 / d, water recycling rate reached 88.6 %. The waste water from flour is recycled to the reproduction and the waste water form tailings and sewages are recycled to the tailings again, reproduced after the calcification. The second dust from Stockpiling and mineral transport is greatly reduced by using the measures of "Hardened road + dust suppression sprinkler" The dry dust from crushing and magnetic separation is controlled by the measures of "equipment enclosures + burglary + vacuum bag filter”. The main noise sources are ball mill and crusher. Noise strength is in the 85-105dB (A), and it is reduced by the shock equipment and closed factory workshop. Solid waste generation is 54294.6 t/a, mainly include dry waste rock, dust, tailings, waste and waste activated carbon, in which the garbage is collected and sent to designated locations for centralized treatment of the sanitation department. Collection the waste carbon and let it treat by the unit which has the disposal qualification. Comprehensive utilization of waste rock is used for dam construction and road stone. Dust is used as raw material again. The environment will not produce secondary pollution. It will not produce the secondary pollution to the environment, because the tailing is saved to the tailings.
