The Research On Analysis And Assessment Of The Environment Impact Of The Highway Construction Project

With the development of domestic economy, highway construction has got great development, which brought on increasingly severe environmental problems in the same time. Therefore, the development of environment impact assessment of highway construction project has great strategic significance in realizing the harmony between the highway construction and benefit of society, economy and environment and promoting the sustainable development of highway traffic enterprise as well.Based on the analysis and summery of previous research achievements, this paper studies the methods and application of environment impact comprehensive assessment of highway construction project, and puts forward the method of environment impact comprehensive assessment of highway construction project based on fuzzy matter-element in order to provide a new way on environment impact comprehensive assessment of highway construction project. The main results of the study are as follows:1) Systematically analyzing the impact of the social environment, ecological environment, atmospheric environment, surface water environment and landscape environment caused by highway construction project, it lays the foundation for environment impact comprehensive assessment of highway construction project.2) This paper analyzes the establishment and principle of the index system of environment impact assessment of highway construction project, and sets up the index system of environment impact comprehensive assessment of highway construction project, and the method of experts consultation and grey relation grade is introduced to select the index of environment impact assessment of specific highway construction project.3) Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(Fuzzy AHP) is used to determine the index weights of environment impact of highway construction project. The shortcomings of traditional AHP are overcome, and the rationality of assessment results is improved.4) The comprehensive assessment model of environment impact of highway construction project based on fuzzy matter-element is established. The model obtains the assessment results by quantitative analysis and show the realistic situation of environment impact of highway construction well, which embodies the systematicness and rationality of comprehensive assessment.5) The fuzzy matter-element analysis method is applied to first phase project of Fuzhou Changle international airport expressway. The feasibility and rationality of assessment model have been proved. The environmental protection measures are put forward.
