Empirical Study On The Relationship Between Organizational Learning And The Survivability Of Small Micro Enterprises

In September 2014, prime minister Li Keqiang put forward the slogan "public entrepreneurship, peoples innovation" in davos BBS, pointed out the development direction for Chinese economy which is undergoing transformation of "secondary"( the economy from the old "growth model" to new "development mode") by the new normal.At the same time, with the advent of the era of "Internet +", Small Micro Enterprises have sprung up,especially service-oriented small micro enterprises explosive growth rapidly. However, small micro enterprise survival situation is not optimistic, such problems as low survival rate and short life cycle is more outstanding,in October 2014, issued by the state intellectual property office in the "about intellectual property to support small micro enterprise development certain opinions" in the report pointed out that our country small micro enterprise average life expectancy of 3.7 years, 8.2 years in the United States, Japan for 12 years[1].From a macro perspective, a not sound system of entrepreneurial innovation mechanism, the innovation of the immature business incubation platform, tax policy,financing difficulties of small micro enterprise’s survival and the sustainable healthy development produces a certain resistance; From the micro level, small micro enterprise itself defects are obvious, such as the lack of systematic and relatively mature operation mode and business guidance, failed to form a sound talent cultivation and flow guarantee mechanism, organizational learning, and the core competitiveness shape consciousness, etc., these factors are often combination affect the viability of the small micro enterprise, therefore, how to improve the survivability of the small micro enterprises has become an urgent research topic and realistic problem urgently to be solved, among them, the small micro about organizational learning and enterprise survival capacity research has gradually become one of the important issues of academic circles. Current about the theory of organizational learning in general, however, larger, mature pattern of "old" enterprises as the background, in view of the new economic situation and is dependent on the Internet under the background of a service-oriented small micro enterprise poor explanatory power, along with the further development of entrepreneurial innovation practice anddeveloped countries supporting policies, service-oriented small micro enterprise boom has become a trend, as a result, this article takes our country service-oriented small micro enterprises as the research object, from the perspective of organizational learning, probe into its viability problem has important practical significance.In this paper, based on the review and carding a large number of literature, on the one hand, our country present stage service-oriented small micro enterprise survival condition is given and the existing problems, on the other hand, to the east and west about organizational learning, this paper summarizes the classical theory, and combining with the characteristics of China’s service-oriented small micro enterprise itself and organizational learning as the research object, by adopting the combination of quantitative research and qualitative research methods, is a service-oriented small micro enterprises the relationship between organizational learning and enterprise survival capacity of empirical research, the research results show that the service-oriented small micro enterprise organizational learning has significant positive effect for enterprise survival ability, and accordingly put forward promote service-oriented small micro enterprise survival ability of several countermeasures and Suggestions, in order to from the perspective of organizational learning for service-oriented small micro enterprise core competitiveness and improve enterprise survival capacity to provide guidance and reference.
