The B2C E-Commerce is currently in full swing. Capital flow,information flow and logistics are three pillars of B2C E-Commerce.Because All transactions must be completed physical form, logistic will bean unavoidable matter. All B2C E-Commerce company managers shouldpay most attention to logistic–especially the sorting procedure-if theywant to improve the service quality.Z Company runs a B2C E-Commerce website. The company run itsown distribution center, and uses third-party logistics-transport service.The main problem is the fast progress of business needs more distributioncapacity, and the operation of distribution center cannot meet demand. Zcompany’s management determined to conduct in-depth studies andprocess reengineering of the distribution center, to improve distributionefficiency and accuracy, so as to upgrade the service quality of alltransactions.Starting from the basic theory of operation management, using theToyota Production lean production theory, this article studies thedistribution center business processes and analyses the result of the processreengineering. The business processes after reengineering is proven to besuccessful. Various indicators have reached the industry standard. Itssuccess can also be a reference for other B2C E-Commerce company.
