Research And Development Of Naqu Railway Logistics Center Customer Service Information System

With the promotion of harmonious railway construction, passenger and freight rail products have been greatly enriched and optimization, accelerating the construction of railway logistics center, the railway logistics information system play an important part of the logistics center, a stable-to-use design of the railway logistics center customer information system as an important measure to improve rail logistics center service.This paper studies the domestic and international logistics center and rail logistics information system status, then according to a lot of field research and the construction of Naqu railway logistics center, and study the railway logistic center customer service information system requirements analysis, system design, technology selection and system implementation. On the base of requirements analysis, after discussion of requiements come to demand railway logistics center customer service information systems business includes rail vehicle transportation services, container transport services, road transportation services, warehousing services, convenient of information services and so on, then accordingly the system has been requirements, business process descriptions, and system security requirements analysis. In technology selection,according to the perspective of comparative analysis of different selected Lunix operating system, J2EE architecture, Oracle database and Weblogic middleware. In the system design to business needs analysis as the basis for the logic of the system architecture design, physical architecture design, object-oriented class package design, database design and function of the system design, and study the system’s security program. In the system implementation, a summary of the program and describes some of the implementation of the interface application module, and finally the deployment of the system, commissioning and validation.This paper bases on the overall planning of railway information, and combines the research of logistics center with the customer information system development of Naqu railway logistics center to implement, contribute to the effective management of rail logistics center and maximize the convenience of rail logistics center customer service.
