This vicious cycle also affects the sustainabledevelopment of enterprises. At the background of national advocate energy conservationand eliminating backward production capacity. To achieve green production is the future,the competition in China’s textile industry is the inevitable choice, and than greenproduction performance evaluation has come into being. Therefore, how to set up a textileindustry in line with the characteristics of green production performance evaluation systemis currently facing a major issue.In this essay, the performance evaluation of enterprise and the green production ofpaper presented, based on the green production enterprise performance evaluation throughtraditional performance evaluation, comparison and analysis of the performance evaluationof the green production particularity, and combine the textile industry characteristics andgreen standards,to construct the textile enterprise green production performanceevaluation index system using analytic hierarchy process system index weight, the use oftextile enterprise green production performance evaluation index system, to textile groupfor specific case evaluation through the gray correlation analysis method of the indexsystem verify the correctness and rationality of the evaluation according to the results oftextile group put forward corresponding countermeasure. Suggestions finally, the essaysummarized the conclusion.According to the analysis, the four Level indicator of this index system whichincludes power index of green research and development, power index of green product,green product certification index, and power index of green culture have a significantinfluence on green production performance of textile enterprise. With the carefullyanalyzing of a Textile Company in Shandong province as well as the grey correlativedegree analysis method, it is safe to make a conclusion from statistic analysis in severaltime point that the continuing growth of the Textile Company can’t be achieved without their green product conception and their power of green research and development, theidentification of green product and the ability of green culture. Meanwhile, all of them canprove the index system to green production performance of textile enterprise in this essaycan be reasonable and corrective.
