First, this paper analyzes the causes of the green barriers, we can see the existence rationality, is the development difference of each country economy level of the product, is to the sustainable development of resources and environment, but at the same time it also be some developed countries use the implementation of trade barriers, become the new measures. Secondly, the article points out the hebei commodity exports are mainly concentrated in the European Union, the United States and Japan, these countries and regions are the most severe of the green barriers executor.
